Luke Boustridge Chief Executive Officer Luke has a wealth of experience from the electrical industry, spanning from being an apprentice himself to holding senior leadership positions. Notably, in 2024 Luke was honoured with the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services to the electrical industry and vocational training. Luke’s career began in the New Zealand Defence Force, where he served as an electrical engineer in the Army and was awarded the New Zealand Defence Service Medal in 2007. |

Marketing & Communications Manager Jo is a marketing professional with over seven years’ experience across digital and traditional channels. She studied Communication at University and has a background in design and publishing. Jo enjoys working closely with industry members, alongside the RANZ support team, to grow the visibility and voice of the roofing sector. |
